The first person steps on and the floor answers. Ripples chase their feet across it, colour spreads out from where they’re standing, and within about ninety seconds there are forty people on there trying to break it.
An LED floor that reacts live to movement, syncing with the music and shifting through effects across the night. Names, initials and dates can be projected into it, so the photographs from above have your details written across the middle of the dance floor.
It fixes the thing every host worries about, which is an empty floor early on. Nobody needs persuading onto something that lights up when they move. They just wander over to see what it does and then stay.
